Look at it this way. Money only has worth when it FLOWS through the economy. If it's sitting in a bank account, or on a credit card, it is relatively useless unless it's spent. Wealth is not how much money we can pile up, but rather how much money FLOWS through our hands. The idea isn't to increase the size of the pile, but to increase the size of the FLOW! Every gift allows more money to flow through the hands of the members at an increasing rate.
